About Anthony S. Danna, Esq.

Anthony S. Danna, Esq., founder of Danna & Associates, P.C., has dedicated more than 30 years to helping families plan for the future with confidence. Since establishing his Staten Island practice in 1994, he has built a firm recognized for its compassion, professionalism, and practical approach to elder law, special-needs planning, and estate preservation.

Mr. Danna earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and later obtained an LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance/Taxation) from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida.

As Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Mr. Danna brings a sophisticated understanding of the intersection between estate planning, taxation, and asset management.

He is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and sits on the Surrogate Decision-Making Committee for the New York State Commission on Quality of Care & Advocacy for Persons with Disabilities. Mr. Danna is a former Arbitrator for the Civil Court of the State of New York.

Beyond the practice of law, Mr. Danna remains deeply involved in the Staten Island community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of Staten Island, continuing his commitment to improving the lives of seniors and families in need. Mr. Danna is a former member of the Board of Directors of Staten Island Broadway YMCA.
